Start implementation of a new report module with the followin features:

• Include all (ot at least almost all) fields as a filter;
• In the numeric fields, possibility to specify ranges;
• In fields with drop down options, possibility to choose more than one option for filteting;
• Possibility to group up to 2 fields to compound the rows of the indicator;
• Possibility to group up to 2 fields to compound the columns of the indicator;
• Command to save/restore the report with the selected filters;
• Command to list the patients included in the report indicator;
