eTB Manager

This is the first version of the client implementation of the reports. In this initial release the report generation will be implemented in the simplest way:

- Filter selection, for restriction of the data being displayed
- Variable selection, for both column and row of the result table, with grouping enabled;
- Result table, displaying the report result based on filters and variables selected;
