Description

- When saving excel with same name and in the same location of another excel saved before (inside or outside QuanTB), system replace the existing files but does not display any warning message that the file already exist and if users want to replace. This situation happens when the excel file is not open.

- When saving excel with the same name, in the same location of another excel saved before (inside or outside QuanTB) and this file is open, the system display an error message. See first file attached. But in this case, it should be displayed a warning message that the file already exist and if users want to replace.

- When saving excel with the same name, in a different location of another excel saved before (inside or outside QuanTB) and this file is open, Excel display a warning message that seems to be adequate. See second file attached.

- Consider this kind of message displayed by Excel (mentioned above) to be implemented for QuanTB.

The problems above are solved, but new issues have appeared as follow:

- When saving excel with the same name and in the same location of another excel saved before, while preparing to display the warning message that the file already exist the system doesn't display the circling symbol of the waiting pointer. See symbol attached.

- All the steps for the exportation to excel is taking too much time ranging from 30 to 70 seconds. This should be speed up.

1. Excel report from now will be in XLSX format
2. Saving process now allows to close a file in case this file opened in Excel

- Change the label at the bottom of the exported Quantity and Costs tab from "Total cost of order(s):" to "Total cost of medicines:" to be the same as in the tool. See attached.

- Please clarify what your statement "Saving process now allows to close a file in case this file opened in Excel" means.

After completing the exportation process, getting the message "Success! Do you want to open file?" and clicking OK button, the excel file does not open. Users have to find its location and open it.

It is normal behavior when there are other excel files already opened in the computer.

Tested and adequate.
