Finalization Pharmadex for Mozambique, Bangladesh, Namibia, Ethiopia

Goal is to prepare Pharmadex for user acceptance test. Problem is issues without defined workarounds or with unacceptable workarounds. Such issues must be resolved before user acceptance test and future transition.
