*SITETB [IMPROVEMENT] - There isn't the field diagnosis date in TBMR, so in SITETB on the import action the system verifies if the case has any positive microscopy and use its date, if not, the system uses the date of the first medical examination, if there is no medical examination the system uses the notification date.
