Description

When notifying a new case, depending on the outcome of the previous treatment, it's not automatically selected in the previous treatment fields of the new case.

- System doesn't have to export to new case the outcomes "Died" and "Died - not TB"

- System does have to export to new case the outcome "On treatment" as a blank field.

On treatment cases are being imported with empty outcome in previous TB treatment.
