Description

- Include minimum and maximum months of stock fields on the parameters tab

- Include Estimated months of stock on the reference date column in the summary tab

- Include Estimated consumption (total cases) row in the Medicines report tab

- Change sheet label from "Case reports@regimens" to "Case report - Treatment regimen"

- Change label from "Total" to "Grand total" on the Case report - Treatment regimen tab

- Change sheet label from "Case reports@medicines" to "Case report - Medicine"

- Change label Pack size to "Pack size (enter 1 for units)" in the Order - Quantity tab

To be changed:

- The Estimated months of stock on the reference date column has been exported with a warning signal from excel. Please, correct. See attached file "Excel issue".

- Delete the bottom row total from the sheet "Cases Report - Medicine" to be consistent with the forecasting file. See attached file "Excel issue 2".
