Description

At the new forecasting dialog box, create two additional drop-downs, after selecting Regimens Type: Multi Drug, with the options "Enrolled cases: By Number and By Percentage" and "Expected Cases: By Number and By Percentage".

It is intended to solve problems of inconsistency of data entered when swift between the two options.
