Quantification tool

After users click “New” button at the Treatment Regimen dialog box, they will enter the following information: Regimen Name, Composition, Duration (in weeks) and Type of Regimen (with options Multi Drug, Single Drug and Patient Kit as dropdown).

The system shall allow the user to add a medicine to the Treatment Regimen from a predefined list and display the following: Medicine Name and Strength/Unit, Default Dose Unit, Default Weekly Frequency, Start Week and End Week.

Start Week and End Week Rule:
Start Week Defined and End Week Defined = Use the time period defined
Start Week Defined and End Week Not defined = Period is from defined start week to end of duration
Start Week Not defined and End Week Defined = Period is from start of duration to end week
Start Week Not defined and End Week Not defined = Use full period of duration

For Single Drug regimens: the system shall allow to add only 1 (one) Medicine to the treatment regimen by selecting from previously entered medicines.

For Multi Drug Regimen: the system shall allow the same Medicine to be added multiple times to the treatment regimen by selecting from previously entered medicines.

For Patient Kit Regimen: the system shall allow to add only 1 (one) Patient Kit to the treatment regimen by selecting from previously entered medicines. The system shall to disable the fields Default Dose Unit, Default Weekly Frequency, Start Week and End Week for entering information.
