Quantification tool

Need to clarify what is Pipeline. We have two ones - for existing orders and for planned orders.

Don't display the quantities that are been currently calculated (i.e., quantity needed for regular order);

Display the medicines (name, strength, dosage form) in the rows and the calendar (years and months) in the columns.

Display the Average Monthly Consumption (AMC) as a column just right the medicine name column for each medicine.

Display two lines to highlight the specific months defined as minimum and maximum months of stock at the Parameters tab (Issue #849).

Display the Stock on hand as a green bar:
- The length of the bar shall be according to the months of stock calculated (Issue #810). The calculation of the months of stock considers the stock on hand at the reference date, number of enrolled and expected cases using that medicine, the expiry date and the AMC. The months of stock should be rounded down discounting the days and keeping the entire months.
- The total quantity of the medicine available (and usable before expiration) should be displayed inside the bar.

Display the Stock on order as a yellow bar:
- The length of the bar shall be according to the months of stock calculated (Issue #810). The calculation of the months of stock considers the quantity to be received, the expected receiving date, number of enrolled and expected cases using that medicine, the expiry date (if registered) and the AMC. The months of stock should be rounded down discounting the days and keeping the entire months.
- The total quantity of the medicine available (and usable before expiration) should be displayed inside the bar.
- the month and year of expected receiving should be displayed inside the bar.

Display the gaps, meaning stock-outs between the green and yellow bars, as a red bar and the quantity needed to supply the gap should be displayed in number of units inside the bar.

See comments below and related screenshot attached:

- Centralize the month and year in the respective column;

- The AMC don't need to be displayed with decimals (but decimals should be used internally for calculations);

- MIN and MAX should be displayed as Minimum months of stock and Maximum months of stock;

- The yellow bar (stock on order) is missing for the medicine Cycloserine;

- When hovering the mouse over the green and yellow bars, instead of displaying the current information should be displayed only the number of units.

Please, make changes as follow. See screenshot attached.

- Increase the number of months displayed to include the entire period from the reference date, through the forecasting period plus the months of buffer.

- Include red bars every time a quantity is needed until the end of the forecasting period plus months of buffer. It could be after a green or a yellow bar, and also between both of them.

- Include consolidated number of cases for the entire period and for all medicines regarding "Total enrolled cases" and "Total expected cases", as indicated in the attachment.

- Change the labels MIN. and MAX. to "Min. months of stock" and "Max. months of stock", respectively.

- Increase contrast of medicines information displayed

-Place a legend at the top saying:
Green bar: months of stock on hand
Yellow bar: months of stock on order
Red bar: months of stock out

- Move the label "Max. months of stock" upper

- Delete the label "Not stock on order"

- Change the label "To be received in XX" to "Stock on order to be received in XX" (the month can be abbreviated)

Please, consider the following update. See attached file "Dashboard new issues update".

- Display the entire legend with smaller size of letter (maybe without bold) than the reference date and number of cases above it

- Change the legend labels to Green bar: stock on hand; Yellow bar: stock on order; Red bar: stock out

- Include "two dots" after "Total enrolled cases" and "Total expected cases" (to separate the text and the respective numbers)

- Delete the dot displayed after the number for expected cases

- Delete the label "Stock on order to be received in XX" from all bars

After discussion by Skype, decided:

- Keep the label "Stock on order to be received in XX" in all bars

- Delete the AMC

Tested version 1.0.0.19 and adequate.
