See remaining issues below:

- the fields "Patient is taking the prescribed medicines correctly?" and "Why not?" have been displayed even for patients not on treatment. They should be displayed or editable only for cases and suspects on treatment;

- all filled fields should be displayed in the medical consultation page. See attached.

- information initially filled in the field "Why not?" disappears of the field after save and then open again for editing. See attached.

All other requests were implemented.

The request

the fields "Patient is taking the prescribed medicines correctly?" and "Why not?" have been displayed even for patients not on treatment. They should be displayed or editable only for cases and suspects on treatment;

Is not as easy as it is. The field availability will depends on the medical examination date. Together with the start treatment date is the only way to validate if the medical consultation is before or after the treatment.

But it's complicated to implement and it'll take time.

Don't you think we can leave it as it is???????

The field "DOT during continuous phase by:" has not been displayed at case details page when data is entered in it.
