Description

It was decided that the way to input data on the medicine module will be different.
Attached there is an excel file showing how the form has to be, below there are some explanations.

Year = The year.
Quarter = The period that this form will be inputted will be once for each quarter of a year.
Upazilla, district = Will represents the administrative unit that the form will input or that the report will consolidate the numbers.
Blue List = Will be the list of the medicines(entities)
Orange List = The list of quantity per batch.

For each item of the blue list will be inputted some values, see the glossary:
Opening balance = It is the quantity of the medicine in question when the quarter starts.
Received from cs office = The quantity that the cs office sends to the unit during the quarter.
Adjustments /- = Any adjustment on stock, to add or remove from the quantity.
Consumption = How much was dispensed to patients.
Expired = How much has gone out of the expire date during this quarter.
Closing balance = The following calculation: Opening balance + Received from cs office + adjustments () - adjustments (-) - Consumption - Expired.

For each item of the orange list will be inputted the values about the quantity of each batch.

We have to try to use most of the actual internal structure.
