The field "Type of diagnostic' would not be editable by the users, appearing default as suspect or confirmed

The field Diagnosis date is still appearing as blank for suspects in the details page. Shall not appear when blank;

It's still possible to change a confirmed case to a suspect through the validation process. Please, block.

While the new logic requested on issues # 775, 776 and 777 are being customized, please perform as follows:

- Revert the field "Type of diagnostic" to be editable in the case details page (inside case data) and also during the validation process (inside validation page).

- Correct error: when clicking on "Validate case" link for a suspect and them clicking on the cancel button (in the validation page), the type of diagnostic field is effectively changed to confirmed and the status are kept as "waiting for validation".

Since Namibia will use the same code of the generic version, it's not necessary to revert it, because this code of Namibia will be erased taking place the generic functionality.
