Description
When the user closes a forecasting document, QuanTB must check if the document was changed (in a new or opened forecasting) and ask the user if he wants to save the forecasting data before closing.
- User calls the close command to close the active forecasting;
- QuanTB checks if forecasting document was changed.
- If document was not changed, the document is simply closed and nothing else is done, and flow finishes here;
- If document is changed, QuanTB display a confirmation window asking to the user "Do you want to save the forecasting data before closing the document?"
- If the user's answer is NO, close the document and do nothing;
- If the user's answer is YES, the system checks if it's a new file and calls the "Save as..." procedure, otherwise if it's an existing file, QuanTB calls the "Save" procedure;

- Subject changed from Ask user if he wants to save forecasting before close it to Ask user if he wants to save forecasting before close it (Version 3)
- Status changed from Resolved to In Progress
- Target version changed from Version 2.0 to Version 3.0
Implemented in a different way. The system doesn't check if the file was changed before close it, otherwise always display the dialog box with the 3 options: save and close; close and cancel.
It is enough for current version, but should be finalized with the comprehensive approach for version 3.
