Include text field on every sheet for entering comments

Description
This is important when using a lot of assumptions and unreliable data, and must explain these assumptions. This text field must be saved with the specific file, be there when converted into Excel, and – important – be there when the saved file is opened again.

Tested and adequate at Parameters tab.
Include comment fields also for the Order tab, both Quantity and Final Cost sub-tabs, as long as these are tabs where users are able to enter information and comments could be useful. Again, the text must be saved, exported to Excel, and appears when the saved file is opened later.
