Description

Users could run the forecasting for cases on treatment only, for new cases only or for both. Currently, if the user assign the percentage of treatment for new cases only, withou any case assigned, the system execute the forecasting diaplaying all results as zero. See relatd bug #569.

If the user don't assign any case on treatment or new case, the system should display the message "At least one case on treatment or one new case must be reported to execute the forecasting"
