Description

Next procurement date should be calculated taking the first day of stock-out and going backward the duration of the lead time assigned.

Red circled in the figure attached: the first day of stock out is July 6th 2013, the lead time was assigned for 3 months, so the next procurement date is April 6th 2013.

Red arrow in the figure attached: Next month-year is used only when the next procurement date is calculated to be after the final month of the review period plus the buffer stock.

Problem still persists and presents the same date "After Jun-2013" as displayed in the figure attached.

The next procurement date should be exactly related to the first day when the medicine is planned to be stocked-out, and not rounded up to the following month. See highlighted in attached figure, comparing the web and desktop version with the same parameters.
