Tested and adequate for medicines;

Tested and not working properly for Treatment Regimens, as follows:

Opening the Treatment Regimen dialog box, the first regimen on the list appears as default selected, and this way, the edit and delete buttons are able. If, the user clicks on the new button and then close the dialog box, the previous list appears now unchecked and the edit and delete buttons are now disable.

Please, correct to uncheck all the regimens in the first dialog box that appears when opening the Treatment Regimens.
