Description

It will avoid users clicking on next and back buttons, since this information is mandatory to start the forecasting.

Additionally, when clicking in the finish button at the New forecasting dialog box a message "Please, select regimen" is displayed and the user could not be aware about clicking on the next button the access the list of regimens.
