Change the logic for adding new medicines in administration module

Description

Adding a new medicine in the administration module should happen as follow:
1) The user type the field Generic Name;
2) Below would have a drop-down to select if is “Combination drug or fixed-dose combination (FDC)” or “Single Drug”;
3) If Single Drug is selected, the current fields appear and the boxes don’t. If FDC is selected, only the boxes appear;
4) For each box the following info must be available for selection: Unit, Dosage Form, Category and Type;
5) After saving, info added into the boxes will be populated in the current fields for displaying, i.e. the system will automatically join info from all boxes checked into the Abbreviated name and Strength/Unit fields;
6) Change the fields Units and Dosage Form available in drop-down only;
7) Only make sense to have FDC for tablets or capsules (not for vials or powders).
