Implement the prototype of the forecasting document window based on the mockup of the specification document.

The link between the forecasting data and the interface doesn't need to be implemented at this level, just a clear implementation of the layout of the forecasting document window.

This include the document window itself, with the following tabs:

• Summary;
• Medicines report;
