Description

Implementation of the forecasting calculation code, imported from eTBM and adapted to this new platform.

The code to be imported are the classes responsible for handling and calculate the forecasting (mostly in the package org.msh.tb.forecasting)

It's outdated because of constantly changes in the schedule, but the objective here is reuse as much code as possible from the forecasting tool.

So since it isn't a priority by now, another way of standardizing the forecasting code will be done in the future.
