I’d rather use the UI flow defined in the specification. The way it is designed will be less intuitive to the user. For example, in order to register a new medicine, user must click on the "New" button, but the fields to fill are at the bottom of the window.

The user may also save medicines with just "?".

So in this case I see the flow in the specification more intuitive to the user.
