Let me write some remarks on these requests:
2) For suspects, change “Waiting to start treatment” to “Waiting for confirmation”;
The status "_Waiting to start treatment_" that is used in a confirmed case is also used in a suspect, so changing this label will also affect confirmed cases. The right solution is to create an specific status for the suspect, but it's not easy, since it'll affect the system as a whole. My suggestion is:
- Change the name for a generic name that attends both suspect and confirmed (for example, using the name "_not on treatment_"), OR
- Create an specific issue for that to be included in the next version
9) For suspects, keep displaying “Waiting for confirmation” even after treatment starts. It will be replaced only after the user confirms the patient as a case (dependent on the treatment situation);
The patient can have just one status, and if he starts treatment, he'll move from "Waiting to confirmation" to "On treatment". It's more or less the same issue of item 2, maybe it's better to create its own issue to be implemented in the next version.
10) For suspects, when treatment starts replace the registration date by the start treatment date;
12) For cases, when treatment starts replace both “Not on treatment” and diagnosis date by the start treatment date.
Where exactly these information must be replaced? It is in the detail page of the case? If so, these information will be lost?

Let me answer and clarify the requests:
For both items 2 and 9: I agree to change for "_not on treatment_" informing month and year;
For items 10 and 12, this information must be replaced for the Case status at the Case research results page. It should works likewise when today you start treatment for a confirmed case, and both Waiting to start treatment and Diagnosis date disappear and the On treatment with month and year appears.
