Change Validation Status field automated option

Description

Currently entering the reports, the field Validation Status pops up with the option “Validated”. Change it to appears initially with the option “ – All –“. This change applies for all countries as well.

Request a clarification for the below ticket.
Before reverting this feature, I wanted to check with you if the ValidationState was purposely set to ‘VALIDTED’ as default for any reason.

Hi Vani,

This filter didn't exist and was included in the past 3 or 4 mounths. Before the reports just displayed indicators of validated cases, but I went in one mission to a country where it was important to generate report to all cases (because most of them had not been validated yet), so if we had this filter before it would have been very important.

But, in order to not create an impact to the users, I implemented this filter with the default value being "Validated". So the reports would continue generating information only for validated cases, but with the possibility to change this behaviour.

Because we always say during training that the reports display information only of validated cases, I'd leave this filter with the default value of Validated. But it's not a problem to change at all.

Therefore, it is better to change and explain during the trainings and update the User's Guide as well.

Class - IndicatorFilters - removed the preset value of ValidationState

I just tested in MSH Demo and the issue was not resolved.
