Finalization Pharmadex for Mozambique, Bangladesh, Namibia, Ethiopia » Support Ethiopia

On Lists of Applications,statuses and processing time by employee report, system is displaying registration applications, and PIP application. It is not displaying PO applications eventhough we have two PO applications on our test.
Also Approved column of this should be changed to Approve/Verified( for registration application Verified is last status by customer service department, and Approved is PO/PIP applications).
