Description
When generating server file, now, the system is getting the cases based on the owner unit and based on the treat health units.
Supose that Patient John has 2 cases.
Case 1:
owner unit: Unit 2
treatment health units: Unit 1 and Unit 2
Case 2:
owner unit: Unit 2
treatment health units: Unit 2
If Unit 1 sync as a client mode instance, should it receives both cases 1 and 2, or just case 1?
