Add total costs for the sub-tab "Schedule" under tab "Order and Schedule"

Description

- Include a separator between the group of accelerated orders and the group of regular orders. It could be a line or space.

- Include the total cost at the bottom of each group (splitted with separator) adding up the "Cost of order" value of each order grouped.

- Name the labels as: "Total cost of accelerated orders:" and "Total cost of regular orders:" (with the two dots at the end).

- Include a grand total at the very bottom of the screen (separated from the total cost of the regular orders) adding up the total costs of each group as: "Total cost of all orders:" (with the two dots at the end).

For now we keep the total under additional and total costs - it for now impossible to have total under schedule.
