Improve "copy and paste" function at parameters tab

Description
At "Enrolled cases" and "Expected cases" tab:
- Add button "Copy number" (next to Paste data button)
- Change name of button "Paste data" to "Paste number"
- Add option "Copy" when right-clicking with mouse
- Change name of the option "Paste date" to "Paste" when right-clicking with mouse
At the "Stock of medicines" tab:
- Add option "Copy" when right-clicking with mouse in both dialog boxes to edit Stock on hand and Stock on order
- Change name of the option "Paste date" to "Paste" when right-clicking with mouse in both dialog boxes to edit Stock on hand and Stock on order.
