Colours of questions should be changed after status was changed

Description

After I wrote my reviews by clicking “Update” tab, I couldn’t see the change of color on the sections which I completed my review unlike the change of color in primary review as the first reviewer. Therefore, it is confusing for secondary reviewer to understand the progress. Especially, reviewing “Module 3” is more challenging because it contains many sections to write reviews.
