Exception caught importing stock on hand using version 3 (Myanmar)

Description

1) This time we were importing stock on hand from one Excel file that they already had here using version 3 installed in the pharmacist's computer here. First we saved this file to the newest version of excel; remove some inconsistent data and formatted values, and then defined the range names. We performed the matching between medicines in QuanTB and medicines in Excel and when hit "Save" button the exception showed up.

2) Later on when I hit the button "Save" at the file menu in order to save the qtb file we were working to send to you, the same exception showed up again.

3) When doing the same importation process, but using the Excel file exported by mSupply System (the inventory system we've helped customize some time ago), no exception has happened.

4) By chance, when I was looking for this particular error log file at the Data folder to send to you, I found other two error log files (2015-12-21 and 2016-06-15) in the pharmacist's computer referent to problems that have happened before and probably not realized by her.

Importing generally works fine now with the new version and the templates produced from the new versions.
