Description

- Charts will be displayed as sub-tabs of the current Dashboard tab.

- Current Dashboard tab should be renamed as “Graphs”.

- All graphs would be displayed for each medicine at once at the screen and users would need to scroll down to see them all.

- All graphs will reflect the option done at the “Schedule of orders” field.

- For all graphs at the top of the screen should be labeled the option done in the “Schedule of orders” field as a title for users to be aware of.

- All graphs must have the same functions using the right button of the mouse, as in the current Dashboard.

- Previous planned graph regarding case enrollment should not be implemented at this time.

- The first sub-tab (on the left) should be the current Dashboard.

- The second sub-tab should be called “Stock quantity”, with details as follow:

- - Stock level of the medicine (stock on hand in units) would be displayed in axis “Y” and months in axis “X”.

- - Stock of medicines, min months of stock and max months of stock would be displayed using lines with different colors.

- - For each medicine would be displayed two charts: one related to the Reference Period and other to the Forecasting Period

- - Events that dramatically change the stock level (“peaks and valleys”) during the period, such as medicine likely to expiry, stock on order arrival and order scheduled should be also signalized in the graph (i.e., tooltip, label, etc.).

- - For early warning purposes only the min and max months of stock could be projected after the end of the reference and the forecasting periods, if there aren’t enough months to consider the consumption to complete the min and or max months of stock. In this case the respective lines will become dotted.

- - For the reference period it should consider the months available during the period and the missing months (i.e., beyond the period) should be considered the consumption of the first months of the forecasting period.

- - For the forecasting period it should consider the months available during the period and the missing months (i.e., beyond the period) should be considered as the same consumption of the last month of the period available.

- - If the min and/or max months of stock are set as zero by users in the Parameters tab their lines don’t need to be displayed in the graphs.

- - There is no change for the calculation of needs based on the min and max months of stock, since it must consider the consumption during the period only.

- The third sub-tab should be called “Months of stock”. The basic logic and layout are in the attached file. Other details as follow:

- - For each medicine would be displayed two charts: one related to the Reference Period and other to the Forecasting Period

- - If the min and/or max months of stock are set as zero by users in the Parameters tab their lines don’t need to be displayed in the graphs.

- - Following the same logic of the “Stock quantity” graph described above, the months of stock related to consumption of months beyond the respective period should be displayed with dotted line.
