Description

User must be able to enter either "Months of buffer stock" OR "Minimum months of stock", but not both. The same logic used for the Parameters tab must be applicable here.

Also:

Display the label "or" (without quotation marks) between the fields "Months of buffer stock" and "Min. months of stock". To be translated as well.

- Change the position of the field "Months of buffer stock" to be displayed below the "Min months of stock".
