Check for changes before saving at medicine dialog boxes

Description
1) When creating new regimen or editing existing multi or single drug regimens, not selecting any medicine or not changing previous selection, the system closes the dialog box without displaying error message (actually working as same as cancelling).
- If no medicine has been selected or changes has been made, the system must display error message. If users click OK button, they return to the dialog box.- Proposed warning message (for both creating or editing): At least one medicine must be selected or the existing selection must be changed.- See first figure attached.2) When it has done while the creating or editing single drug regimens specifically, one exception caught is displayed.

- Change the error message from "At least one medicine must be selected or the existing selection must be changed." to "At least one medicine must be selected."
- Still presenting exception when creating new or editing "single-drug regimens" without selecting medicines.
