Check required fields - Missing Prev tb treat

Description
Some fields that are required in the web are not required in the desktop.
It is happening in exams forms, notification form, case data form and medical consultation form.
Both web and desktop should have the same form requirements.

The error is happening when trying to synchronize the deleted medicine data.
The label was corrected.

Please review the forms, the fields should be the same. For example, in the web version, Medical consultation is not part of the New Presumptive form, in the Desktop version its included. They should be the same.

I have re-checked the exam forms, notification forms and case data edition forms. Check the differences found:
Confirmed DRTB edition form
- missing bmu tb register number
- missing date entered in bmu tb register
- Patient Type > Registration Group (label) missing prev tb treatments
Confirmed TB edition form
- missing prev tb treatments
DRTB Suspect edition form
- missing prev tb treatments
TB Suspect edition form
- missing prev tb treatments
Confirmed DRTB notification form
- missing bmu tb register number
- missing date entered in bmu tb register
- Patient Type > Registration Group (label) missing prev tb treatments
Confirmed TB notification form
- missing prev tb treatments
DRTB Suspect notification form
- missing prev tb treatments
TB Suspect notification form
- missing prev tb treatments
Should prev tb treatments be included or it was not included for a purpose?
The other differences will be corrected.
