Patient field: seems to be mandatory, but an error instead of a proper warning message appears when trying to save without entering the patient name

I could edit a patient name and save it as blank field. See attached file.

Still happening as mentioned on a previous Issue. You are allowed to save the patient's name field blank. That's an error.
