Description
If the registration date, diagnosis date or start treatment date are after the outcome date as "died" the system should display a message and block the new notification.
Applicable to all workspaces.

This was already discussed before - If it's blocked, how the user will be able to notify a previous case (for example, a case before the case he died)?

System must check if the patient has a case with outcome as "died" and doesn't allow notification of a new case for the same patient with the notification date after the date of the outcome.
