Check all existing text fields to allow unlimited number of characters

Description
Currently some text fields don't allow huge number of characters and an error message is displayed after clicking the save button. For instance, the comment box of comorbidities and associated factors at Bangladesh workspace. See figure attached.
It is better to check all existing text fields (in all workspaces) and allow users entering huge number of characters, ideally unlimited.
